The training themes are defined according to the needs and interests of the teachers and the organiser.

PRACTICAL AND CONCRETE TEACHING TECHNIQUES

The training courses are participant-centered. I provide sessions with demonstrations, analysis of methods and activities, lesson observations followed by feedback, in a friendly and constructive way.

As a trainer, my role is not to say what to do and what not to do in class but to encourage discussions, exchanges, debates between participants about the advantages and limits of various teaching methods and techniques.
